Using Zoom

During the study we will be using the video-sharing platform, Zoom. If you are unfamiliar with using Zoom, further instructions and videos can be found below.

Zoom Instructions

In order to use Zoom, you do not need to sign-up for an account. When we schedule your appointment you should receive an email containing a zoom invitation link. The link is all you need. At your scheduled appointment time, simply click on the link to join the meeting. If you have the Zoom application downloaded, you may choose to join the meeting using the application. If you have any difficulty joining from the app please see the tutorial and support page below:

If you do not have the application downloaded, you can click “Join from your browser” and a new video-call window should open.

If you have joined the video call around your scheduled meeting time and see the message “please wait for the host to begin this meeting, the researcher has not logged-in yet. Please wait on this screen until the researcher has started the meeting.

Testing out Zoom
